Julien Le Roy, Ph.D., Manager of the Technology Access Centre in Bio-Innovation (TAC-B), holder of a PhD in biochemistry, has more than 10 years of experience in applied research. He manages all the activities of TAC-B and has been able to significantly develop research on cannabis, and in the field of Health by carrying out several projects related to the fight against COVID-19. His highly entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in the multiplication of projects with the industry, and also in collaborations with college research centres, as well as with Canadian and American universities, including Harvard.
