David Selema

Co-founder, Consult & Grow

David has over 10 years of experience managing all aspects of a business, including marketing, sales strategy, business development and internal process improvement. With the establishment of the RACFM, David became General Manager of a cannabis clinic in Quebec, helping thousands of patients. Prior to co-founding Consult & Grow in 2017, David was the Director of Sales for a private energy supply company and led a sales team to successfully expand market share in Quebec and Ontario.

He is currently responsible for scoping new projects and ensuring that clients find the best solutions that fit their needs. David understands good manufacturing practices and what is required to sell medical cannabis in global markets. He also manages the operations of the medical cannabis clinic, Coverleaf.ca which has a database of nearly 10,000 patients. David studied business at a college in France.
